I was cruising around the internet and found this jewel of a video. It looks a bit dated but the information is pure gold!

Get it? He’s talking about contrast!

When we get tuned in and our energy is turned on, we welcome the experience of contrast because it helps us to know more of what we truly seek and desire.

We learn to know what we don’t want, and therefore know more about what we do want.

How often have you heard that not-so-good experiences turn into real blessings simply because that person is directed toward what he really wants to achieve in life.

Think about it this way – how many experiences in your life would you really change given the opportunity? Because in hindsight you can see how that experience really shaped you and helped you to grow. You turned in a different direction and experienced more of what you want out of life!
