This past week I have come upon not one, not two, but three different channeled messages that all basically say the same thing – that the current situation we are experiencing in the world is actually a springboard of opportunity to create a bigger and better world for you and me!

How’s that?

Our collective thoughts and desires are influencing the energy and events of the world. By us experiencing contrast – these not-so-great things that are happening to our finances, industry, and consumer confidence – not to mention the loss of our homes and jobs – we are able to more clearly see what exactly it is that we do want. And put those wants and needs on order to the Universe.

We are collectively changing our world for the better.

Still don’t get it?

Abraham Hicks says the election of President Obama was not the result of his own doing, but from the people of the USA and the world aligning themselves with their desires for a real change and feeling good about it. It was and is our collective emotions of hope and optimism that brought about this historic event.

Now, Abraham says we need to maintain these good feelings for the good of our country. Now is the time to work hard to be in balance and align ourselves with our desire of a new and better world.

Now is the time to focus on what it is we want, and not on what is wrong or is not what we want. By doing this we are all together creating our amazing world of tomorrow.

This is called Enlightenment Consciousness.

Enlightenment consciousness is what Thoth, Hierophant of the Order of Melchizedeks says “a way of thinking that is expansive yet encourages one to be mindful and responsible for the quality of their thoughts”. “The energy of enlightenment consciousness is renewal, action, and forward movement, thus making it possible to rise above and move beyond at any given moment with just the changing of a thought.”

How do we do that?

“It is _ not necessary to contemplate your current state of affairs. Instead, it is a time to be, to play, to remember what in your life has true value and meaning, and to ask yourself, ‘What am I good at?’ ‘What do I enjoy doing?’ ‘What can I do to enrich my life and the lives of others?’” Do not fall prey to the prevailing thought that center around fear and scarcity. Remember that things are not as they appear, that this thought is “merely the illusionary remnants of a consciousness that is in the final throes of its existence”.

Ah, Phaedrus, so what is real and what is not real?

Kryon of Magnetic Service says that there will be a growth in the principle of integrity in economics. “When it is realized, used, and manifested, it is going to grow your financial system faster than any of your critics say it can be done.” Then it spreads into Europe and into China. In the next 20 years we are going to form new kinds of banking and insurance systems and it is what we do this year and the energy that we create that will be the basis of these changes.

Both Kryon and Thoth say that major energetic shifts are occurring this year and have been occurring. The shifts usher in a time of higher vibrations – more peace and more understanding. Greed and excess will fall by the wayside.

As Thoth states, “Remember that it is an important year and a meaningful year. It is the dawning of a new age. The year will be what you think of it and how you see it. It will be what you make of it. If it is seen as a sequence of memorable moments then you will accomplish much this year and the deliberate actions that you take will attract what you desire.”

So, in order to create the world of our dreams, we must focus on our desires and not our fears. We must live in integrity and remember that things here on earth are not as they appear. We can bring peace on earth and encourage understanding, tolerance and cooperation by keeping ourselves in alignment with our desires. The world will change and is already changing.

This year is the turning point! So many miracles can occur!
