Learn the Scientific Method to Manifest With The Secret!

Well, since my prayers had been answered so swiftly and magnificently recently, I started that old, “Things are going TOO good” mentality. I got over it, but I was surprised that it reared its ugly head once again.
You know what I am talking about? That feeling that the other shoe is about to drop?
I think it has to do with your feelings about deservability and your trust in the Universe that there is unlimited Good out there just waiting to fall into your lap, and all you have to do is be a match to it and be open to it coming your way.
I always think about Kurt Cobain when this issue appears in my consciousness. I know he had a lot of other issues going on at the time of his death, but I am sure deservability was a major player.
Joe Vitale just posted a blog entry about this subject this week. Of course, he was processing whether or not he ought to buy a vintage car, and my thing was how everything I have been asking for is coming to me and will there be a counterbalance to all this good fortune?
So how did I get over it?
Well, first of all I had to recognize that feeling of uneasiness for what it was.
Then I had to figure out where it was coming from.
Thirdly, I asked my angels to send some good positive energy my way and I started doing my favorite affirmations that have always worked well for me. And voila! Pretty soon those feelings were gone and I was balanced once again.
Would you like for me to share my favorite affirmation? I have adapted it from the myriads of positive affirmations that Louise Hay has published over the years.
This one works so well, that right after I first started using it a couple of years ago, I got another Rebecca Briggs’ 401K deposited in my bank account:
All is well in my world.
Everything is working out for my Highest Good.
Everything I need to know will be revealed to me.
Everything I need comes to me.
Wealth and prosperity flow to me from expected and unexpected sources.
Everything I touch is a success.
I am safe.
Try this one, or adapt one like it for your own. Say it diligently for at least 10 minutes during your day.
Believe, and you will receive.
Dear Rebecca, Thank you for sharing these!!
Amazing to think of all the spiritual tools we all have and how beautiful it is that we can give these back and forth to one another.
Kinda like the best and most nourishing soup for the ever strengthening self and soul!!

This is definitely a feeling that those of us brought up around an attitude of scarcity experience quite regularly – and it’s a persistent one. Doesn’t go away easily. Love the way you deal with it. Nice post.
WONDERFUL!!
Well said and in understanding your growth process you have enhanced my own. Kudos to you for sharing and creating such a wonderful blog.

Rebecca ~ Your affirmations are wonder~full! It’s funny, but about 8 years ago after a few experiences with finding out some things I needed to know but didn’t really WANT to know, the idea “came to me” that “Whatever you are MEANT to know will come to you”…I have been saying that to people ever since.
It is very true! “Everything you need to know will be revealed to you”.
Thank you for sharing your loving self!
Rebecca,
I too have adapted many Louise hay, Shakti Gawain and others affirmations into my own. The part I find really adds power to them though, is what I believe. Many people do not see or feel results from affirmations. It works, I know, and it can be a slow process if not worked together with other techniques. But the most powerful part of it is your belief in it. You obviously really believe in it and so you see results, which give you proof, that strengthens your belief and so on. Would love to here how you feel you add energy to the affirmation to make it manifest!
Gregg Braden says “The affirmation is empty if it is a thought that has no energy to invite it into this world”…I wrote a blog about it, you can check it out here http://www.createyourownrealitynow.com/?s=gregg+braden
Thanks, Nan
